Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Customs and import duties

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking number first. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@trendsbits.com with your order number.
